Client of the Month: Summit Properties

Over the past three months, I’ve had the privilege of working with Summit Properties’ Owner/COO Lindsay Brush Getz on a number of web and marketing projects. A few examples include adding home slide show ad campaigns, developing alternate logos for various marketing needs, direct-mail marketing to drive site traffic, and other support needs. I greatly appreciate and respect our working relationship, and would like to promote her business to followers, friends, and family.

Summit Properties provides development, leasing, and property management services to affordable and market-rate apartment buildings/owners throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, and upstate New York. Formerly Summit Property Management Group, Summit was established in 2004 when the owners were in need of high quality property management services for their newly developed projects. Today, Summit has grown its portfolio to nearly 1,400 apartments, providing top-notch service and reasonably priced housing in our communities.

They manage all types of housing communities including high-end market rate apartments, HUD Section #8, and everything in between; Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects, Rural Development, affordable family housing, senior housing, and more. Being a property owner, developer, and management company has allowed us to achieve the goals of everyone involved by taking a project from sketches and drawings to fully rented and operational. No matter the type of property, we pride ourselves on well-maintained, well-cared for apartment buildings that both owners and renters can proud of.

Today the development initiatives of Summit Properties, led by CEO Tom Getz and COO Lindsay Getz, focus on developing and acquiring mixed income properties, specifically those funded by state and federal housing programs.
