I will always remember Darlene Cloutier as Symmytree’s first client. The first public announcement regarding my new startup was through Williston’s Front Porch Forum. It ran for one day, she emailed me the next!
After twenty-five plus years of streamlining financial operations, Darlene wanted to start her own consulting business, but didn’t know where to begin. I offered her a list of suggested services and solutions based on her initial email, spending budget, and notes from our meetup for coffee and conversation.
Two months later, Darlene has a name for her business, a logo, matching stationary, marketing handouts, and a simple yet effective basic responsive web presence. The final brand is a reflection of Darlene’s interests, hobbies, preferences, target audiences, mission, and vision.
